Pj Stephen

PJ Stephen has extensive experience in creative leadership and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as VP and Executive Creative Director for Connected Environments at Valtech since December 2018, PJ also holds the position of VP for Customer Experience. At West Park Healthcare Centre, PJ works as a Patient Experience Consultant and Prosthetics Designer, focusing on the integration of empathy and design innovation in prosthetics development. PJ has contributed to academia as a speaker and lecturer at prestigious institutions such as McMaster University and has a background in user experience and digital strategy from roles at Klick, INVIVO Communications, and Hacking Health. PJ’s academic credentials include a Bilingual Certification in Arts & Visual Communications from Holland College.
