Andrea has held various leadership positions in companies such as Anglo American, Xstrata Coal, and BHP Minerals Exploration. Currently, Andrea serves as the Head of Technical & Analytics at Anglo American, where Andrea focuses on improving resource planning effectiveness and reducing risks for Steelmaking Coal. Andrea's expertise also extends to business development, financial management, and project management in geoscience-related projects. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Secondary Education and Teaching from The University of Queensland.
