Laura Tejada

Laura Tejada is an experienced professional in people and talent strategy, currently serving as the Director of People and Talent at Valto since December 2024. With a rich history in various leadership roles, Laura has also worked as the Scale Up/ Head of People Consultancy at Sky Bounders, focusing on enhancing performance and wellbeing in workplaces. Previous positions include Global Head of Employee Experience at DirectID, where Laura successfully led a leadership transformation, and Head of People, Culture and Talent at Extrinsica Global, where significant reductions in recruitment costs were achieved. Laura is the founder and host of Startup School, promoting knowledge sharing among entrepreneurs, and has contributed to multiple organizations as a consultant, strategist, and mentor to foster talent and enhance organizational culture.
