Pooja Sharma

Pooja Sharma is the current Head of Customer Experience at ValueFirst. Pooja previously worked at IBM from December 2004 to October 2010, where they were an Assistant Manager.

Pooja Sharma has a Masters in Commerce from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University and is certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Benchmark Six Sigma.

They are on a team with Ashish Mathur - Head of Partnerships, Himanshu Kumar - President, Strategy & Initiatives, and Sachin Khanna - Head of Sales. Their manager is Vishwadeep Bajaj, CEO.
