Pooja Kulkarni

Pooja Kulkarni is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Operational Excellence Lead at ValueLabs since August 2021, where responsibilities include identifying process gaps in Service Now, reporting to process owners, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements for priority incidents. Previously, Pooja held the position of Major Incident Manager at Mindtree from October 2017 to August 2021, overseeing critical operations at the CSS Command Center and managing significant telecommunications and network outages as well as major service disruptions. Pooja earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Chilkur Balaji Institute of Technology between 2014 and 2017.
