Padma BG has a diverse work experience that spans several years in various roles. Padma started their career as a Research Associate at Hindustan Unilever Limited in 1994 and worked there until 2005. After that, they joined Knowledgeworks as a Managing Partner in 2005 and later became the Director and COO until 2013. In 2013, Padma BG co-founded Knowledgeworks Innovative Linguistic Solutions and served as the Co-founder & CEO.
Padma BG started their education at Kendriya Vidyalaya Hebbal Bangalore in the year 1982 and completed it in 1991. Padma then proceeded to attend Mount Carmel College, Bangalore from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. After that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree at Annamalai University from 1996 to 1998. The field of study for both degrees was not provided.
