Tom Hurd is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in eCommerce and innovation, currently serving as Business Director for eCommerce & Web at Valve since October 2023. Previously, Tom was a Founding Partner at Kaimana Agency, where responsibilities included developing innovation frameworks for client projects and temporarily guiding the integration of development processes among merging companies. As CEO of Pixels Helsinki from February 2017 to January 2022, Tom focused on company growth and fostering a positive culture while engaging clients in concept workshops. Earlier roles included Head of Design & Production at booncon PIXELS, Front-End/UI Designer at booncon, and various positions at Aalto Design Factory and Claytons Group. Tom holds a Master of Design and a Bachelor of Design (Hons) from Swinburne University of Technology.
