Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Operations at Valvoline Global Operations since April 2022, Arindam Acharya has progressed through various roles at Valvoline Inc. from General Manager Operations to Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager Manufacturing. Prior to this, Arindam Acharya worked at Shell India as Production Controller, where effective shop floor planning led to significant cost savings. Additionally, experience at Coca-Cola India involved overseeing substantial increases in business volume and productivity. Arindam Acharya holds a B.E. in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a CPIM certification from IISCM.
