Jamal Muashsher serves as President and CEO of Valvoline Global Operations since March 2023 and is a Board Member at Talent Magnet Institute since October 2020. Previously, Jamal held multiple leadership roles at Valvoline Inc. from August 2014 to February 2023, including President of Global Products, where responsibilities encompassed managing a $3 billion products business and expanding operations in nearly 150 countries. Prior to Valvoline, Jamal spent over 14 years at Procter & Gamble, culminating as Global Marketing & Operations Leader for Procter & Gamble Entertainment, overseeing brand strategy and growth initiatives. Educational credentials include an Executive Education Certificate in Finance from The Wharton School, an MBA from Auburn University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
