Dave Erdmann

Dave Erdmann has extensive experience in the automotive and service industries, with a career spanning over two decades at Valvoline Inc. Since September 2002, Dave has held various roles, including Director of Incubation Enablement, Senior Transformation Manager for Customer Experience, and Business Development Manager, where Dave led a team focused on enhancing customer experiences across more than 1,500 retail locations. Responsibilities included piloting and scaling new services that added value for customers. Earlier in the career at Valvoline, as Key Account Manager, Dave supported Goodyear service centers in business growth through training and problem-solving. Additionally, Dave managed operations and financial performance as a multi-unit manager in Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Prior to joining Valvoline, Dave served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, specializing as a Light Diesel Mechanic, responsible for the maintenance of approximately 400 vehicles.
