Erik Grimm serves as the Quality Director at VAM USA since 2002, leading customer-focused quality analysis and managing critical orders to enhance compliance and mitigate quality risks. Erik's extensive experience includes supervising over 50 personnel as R&D Lab Manager, overseeing prototyping operations, and coordinating high-visibility CAPEX projects for research and production facilities. Previous roles involve significant contributions as a Manufacturing Project Engineer and a Manufacturing Engineer, where Erik implemented continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency. An engineering internship at NovaCentrix and a machinist internship at Turnco Tool provided foundational skills in engineering and machining. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
