Dr. Michael Moser

Dr. Michael Moser is a distinguished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the energy sector and legal field. Currently, Dr. Moser serves as a Member of the Management Board at Fresenius Group, overseeing Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Corporate Audit, and Sustainability, while also holding supervisory positions at VAMED and ENERCON. Prior to these roles, Dr. Moser was the Deputy CEO and CFO at Enerjisa, leading a major energy company in Turkey, and previously held key positions at E.ON, including Managing Director and Chief Audit Officer. Dr. Moser's academic credentials include degrees from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, covering areas of law, finance, and business management, complemented by a Doctor of Law from Goethe University Frankfurt.
