Previous roles include Environmental Permitting Coordinator at Mease Engineering, Private Engineering Consultant, and Project Manager at multiple engineering firms such as Fioravanti, Inc., and Bohler Engineering. Leon possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, acquired between 1985 and 1990, and has developed a broad skill set in environmental permitting, project management, and civil design over a career spanning over three decades.
