Thao Duong is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and auditing. Currently serving as the VN Chief Accountant at VAN THIEL & CO since August 2022, Thao previously held the position of Chief Accountant at Food Source International Vietnam, overseeing accounting, finance, and HR from April 2020 to June 2022. Prior experience includes managing an accounting team as the Accounting Manager at American International Hospital, where responsibilities involved setting up a new ERP system, financial statement reporting, cash flow management, and tax management from March 2018 to March 2020. Thao's career also includes a role as Audit Senior at HSK Audit Company, focusing on auditing and financial consulting services, and as a Senior Accountant at U&I Accounting Company, providing accounting services from May 2011 to July 2014.
