Abhiranjan also held roles as a Recruitment Manager, Lead Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter at the same company. Before that, Abhiranjan worked as a Technical Recruiter at GCB Services, where they specialized in IT and telecommunications engineering requirements. Abhiranjan has strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and is experienced in recruiting various types of professionals.
Abhiranjan Rai completed their Bachelor's degree in B.COM from Lucknow University, Lucknow, from 2006 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in MBA-HR from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus, from 2010 to 2012.
