Elyse Barkstrom is a dedicated professional with a strong background in research and content creation within the health and well-being sectors. Currently serving as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Vance Thompson Vision since February 2023, Elyse previously worked as a Junior Science-Writer at The Berkeley Well-Being Institute, where responsibilities included developing science-based content and tools aimed at promoting well-being in business. Prior experience includes positions as a Research Associate at Montana State University-Bozeman, Optometric Technician at Eyesite NY, and Transcultural Psychiatry Intern at Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron. Elyse began their career as a Camp Counselor at Seneca Park Zoo Society and has held various roles in food service. Elyse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Lehigh University.
