Vance Thompson Vision
Paige DePerno is an experienced caregiver and researcher with a strong background in biology. Currently employed as a Good Samaritan Home Caregiver since July 2013, Paige has dedicated over 700 hours to assisting patients with daily activities and providing psychosocial support. In addition, Paige serves as an intern at Vance Thompson Vision, focusing on data outcome analysis related to cataract surgery results. As a Biology Lab Assistant at Augustana College since February 2012, Paige aids students with laboratory work and experiments, fostering a deeper understanding of biological concepts. Additionally, Paige has co-authored a research presentation on aposematic coloration in the Grassland Burying Beetle. Paige holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Augustana College and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies at The University of South Dakota, Sanford School of Medicine.
