Wade Opland has a strong background in retail management, with extensive experience in leading and driving growth in various organizations. Wade is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Vance Thompson Vision. Prior to this, Wade held key executive positions at American Girl, where they played a pivotal role in transforming the business and generating $400 million in revenue. Wade also spearheaded the expansion of their retail channel, overseeing real estate, design, operations, and customer service. Earlier in their career, Wade worked at Target as a General Manager, driving impressive revenue results and achieving top-ranking status for the store.
Wade Opland holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Business/Communications, which they obtained from Augustana University (SD). Additionally, Wade completed the Mattel Global Leadership Program in December 2005 at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
