Laura Gaaysiigad Cuthbert serves as the Director of Community Learning & Engagement at Vancouver Foundation, where innovative engagement strategies are designed to mobilize knowledge among diverse stakeholders. With a commitment to countering historical erasure in British Columbia, Laura is also the Director of Populous Map, a timeline tool for exploring underrepresented histories. Previous experience includes roles such as Associate Director at Simon Fraser University, where Laura led multiple certificate programs and established impactful community partnerships. As a worker owner at VALU Coop, Laura worked towards equitable labor practices in the arts sector. With a strong educational background in anthropology, social innovation, and museology, Laura's expertise spans curriculum design, community engagement, and social innovation across various organizations.
