Nariel D. is an experienced Customer Services Librarian with a focus on children and youth, currently working at Vancouver Island Regional Library since March 2013. Responsibilities include providing reference services, managing collection development, running Storytimes at multiple branches, and engaging with the community through outreach programs. Previous roles include a Temporary Customer Services Librarian, an intern at Ask Ontario, and a CAP Intern at Prince Rupert Public Library. Additional experiences encompass research roles with the Hippocampus Reading Foundation and Environment Canada, along with various volunteer positions. Nariel D. holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies from Western University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Canadian Mennonite University.
