Kristin Colter is an experienced educator currently serving as an Instructional Coach and Digital Learning Coach at Vancouver Public Schools since August 2022, following a tenure as a 1st Grade Dual Immersion Teacher from 2016 to 2022. Prior roles include teaching Spanish at a private K-8 school and working as a Water Safety Instructor with the City of Vancouver. Kristin holds a Master of Arts in Bilingual/Bicultural Childhood Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and European Studies from the University of Washington. Additional experience encompasses community service roles and positions focused on literacy development and curriculum support across various educational settings.
