Laura Iacobelli currently serves as a Sustainability Officer at Vandemoortele since November 2020, focusing on project management related to biodiversity, certification audits, reporting, communication, and value chain grievance management. Previously, Laura worked as a Sustainability Intern at Humus Sapiens A.C.T. in early 2020, where responsibilities included teaching ecotoxicology concepts to high school students. From February to November 2019, Laura was a Naturalistic Guide at Tenuta Presidenziale Castel Porziano, providing guidance on natural and environmental tourism in the presidential estate. Earlier experience includes a position in natural reserve management at Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, where tasks involved wildlife monitoring and volunteer coordination. Laura holds a Master of Science in Biodiversity and Environmental Management from Università degli studi Roma TRE and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Sapienza Università di Roma.
