Michel Delloye

Michel Delloye joined the board of Vandemoortele in 2011, as representative of Cytifinance NV. He holds a Law degree at the University of Louvain (UCL), Belgium. Michel Delloye has been CFO and General Manager of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert. From 1988 and 1990, he worked as Head of the US activities of GBL. Between 1992 and 1996, he was CEO of RTL Group. Since then, he has been an active Private Equity investor and sits on the board of companies in Belgium and abroad. Michel Delloye has served as Chairman of the board of Vandemoortele in 2012-2014 and is currently a member of the Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
