Catherine Wood

Catherine Wood serves as the Executive Director of Total Rewards at Vanderbilt University since December 2016, overseeing a comprehensive suite of Total Rewards programs including Health & Welfare, Retirement, and Compensation. Previously, Catherine held multiple senior roles at Koch Business Solutions as Sr. Director of Benefits, managing benefits for approximately 60,000 employees globally, and at Kellogg Company, where responsibilities included leading the Benefits HR Shared Services and Benefits Administration teams. Catherine's early career included various HR roles at Kellogg Company and teaching at Fanshawe College. Catherine holds an MBA in HR Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Psychology from Western University.
