Debora Finch is an experienced educator and counselor, currently serving as an Elementary School Counselor for Williamson County Schools since August 2019. Additionally, Debora has been a Parent Educator at Vanderbilt University since 2008, leading a support group for the Program for Talented Youth's SAVY program. Debora also holds the position of Adjunct Professor, teaching Practicum and Internship courses for school counseling graduate students and advising them. Previously, Debora was the Director of LEAD Track and a Professor at Belmont Honors College from August 2018 to August 2019, and an Adjunct Professor at Belmont University from 2010 to August 2019, where the focus was on Intellectual Growth and Inquiry.
