Lawrence Marnett is a distinguished academic currently serving as a Professor of Pharmacology and the Mary Geddes Stahlman Professor of Cancer Research at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, where Marnett has been a faculty member since June 1989. Marnett also holds the position of Dean of Basic Sciences within the School of Medicine, overseeing various departments and graduate programs. Prior to joining Vanderbilt, Marnett held multiple faculty roles at Wayne State University from September 1975 to May 1989.
