Pilar Ballough

Pilar Ballough is an experienced professional with a background in athletic communications and operations management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Vanderbilt University since September 2021, Pilar has developed strong relationships with coaches and student-athletes while gaining proficiency in AP-style writing and social media strategy. Prior roles include Assistant Area Supervisor at Kennywood Park, where Pilar oversaw team operations and ensured safety protocols, and various positions at Vanderbilt University, including Undergraduate Research Assistant and Student Ambassador.
