Basak Manders

Basak Manders, PhD, currently serves as Senior Manager Global Spare Parts Logistics and Senior Project Leader Supply Chain Development at Vanderlande, where notable achievements include managing the implementation of a Global Warehousing Blueprint across four distribution centers and acting as an Interim Supply Transformation Center of Excellence Lead. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Improvement Engineer at MSD, focusing on non-technical enhancements in the Solids Formulation department, and positions at Philips as S&OP Manager and Supply Chain Project Manager, where significant contributions were made to demand and supply balancing, cost reduction projects, and the integration of lean methodologies.
