Marianella Dugarte

Marianella Dugarte is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director HRBP Parcel EMEA at Vanderlande since December 2021. Prior to this role, Marianella held the position of Senior Human Resources Consultant at Top Talent and served as Director Southern Cone People & Organization and Senior HR Country Head for Chile at Novartis from August 2016 to September 2021.
