Rebecca Miller Beane

Rebecca Miller Beane is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Commercial Transactions at Vanderlande since April 2022. Prior roles include Senior Associate at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, where significant focus was placed on complex civil litigation, particularly in products and premises liability. Prior to that, Rebecca held positions at Zelle LLP and Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, gaining extensive experience in defending global insurers and major corporations. Rebecca began her career as a Litigation Associate at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., and also worked at Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross & McKinley, handling various civil litigation and estate planning matters. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Georgia State University.
