Graham Cousins has a rich and diverse work experience. Graham started their career as a Consultant of Business Strategy at Andersen Business Consulting in 2001. Graham then moved on to work as a Senior Business Analyst at Cendant, where they supported the execution of a pan-European acquisition program and took on additional responsibilities in group reporting and financial planning. In 2007, Graham joined OC&C Strategy Consultants as an Engagement Manager, where they delivered consulting engagements in the TMT and B2B services sectors. Graham then joined Mantrac Group as the Group Strategic Planning Director in 2011, where they were responsible for strategy and planning for a $2bn group operating across 10 emerging markets. Currently, Graham serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Vanguard Logistics Services, a global logistics group, where they oversee group strategy and program management.

Graham Cousins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham in 1997. Graham then pursued further education, obtaining a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge in 2000. In 2005, they attended the London Business School and completed a Master's in Finance.
