Jorge Santiago

Jorge Santiago has a comprehensive background in finance and investment operations, currently serving as Engagement Lead for Investment Stewardship at Vanguard since June 2016, with previous positions including Manager roles in Corporate Actions and Trade Settlements, as well as Senior Service Specialist and Fixed Income Investment Support Analyst. Prior to Vanguard, Jorge held a Corporate Finance Intern position at Volvo Construction Equipment and served as a Student Portfolio Manager for the Shippensburg University Foundation, where management of an endowment fund and analysis of investment opportunities were key responsibilities. Jorge also worked as a Finance Tutor at Shippensburg University Grove College of Business. Currently pursuing an MBA at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, Jorge previously earned a BBA in Finance from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
