Marisa Tilghman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in treasury management, strategic sales enablement, and legal counsel. Currently serving as Principal and Head of Enterprise Treasury at Vanguard since May 2015, Marisa has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Principal, Head of Strategic Sales Enablement for Financial Advisor Services and Senior Counsel for Finance Legal. Prior to Vanguard, Marisa worked at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as a Litigation Associate and Special Assistant District Attorney. Marisa began their career at PwC as a Senior Associate. Marisa holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
