Sherre Monte

Sherre Monte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics, IT consulting, and enterprise data management. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Data Office at Vanguard since April 2018, Sherre leads strategic initiatives in architecture, AI/ML, and data management within the Chief Data Analytics Division. Prior to this, Sherre held various leadership roles at GSK from July 1996 to March 2017, where significant contributions included developing data analytics strategies for Global Ethics & Compliance and overseeing IT partnerships across North America. Additionally, Sherre was the Principal at Monte Consulting and has held multiple IT positions in earlier years, demonstrating a robust background in managing technology solutions and teams. Educationally, Sherre holds a degree from Rutgers University and has furthered studies at The Wharton School.
