Hayley Korman Menser

Hayley Korman Menser is an experienced professional in operations and entrepreneurship, currently working at Vannevar Labs since 2024. Previously, Korman Menser co-created "America Builds," a frontier tech podcast, and served as a consultant on the investment team at Lightspeed in 2023. As a co-founder of Fairwater Labs from 2020 to 2023, Korman Menser was instrumental in building national security companies. Earlier career highlights include an associate position at defy.vc and an inside sales role at Splunk, where Korman Menser managed the entire sales cycle. The entrepreneurial journey began as the sole proprietor of Sammy's Ice Cream Truck from 2012 to 2014. Korman Menser graduated with distinction in Economics from Colorado College, earning a place on the Dean's List, and has educational experiences at Castilleja School and the University of Sydney.
