Gus P.

Gus P. is a seasoned professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as a Sr. People Programs Partner at Vanta since March 2025. Previously, Gus held the position of Leadership & Learning Lead at Squarespace from October 2020 to July 2024 and worked as a Learning & Development Business Partner at Spotify between February 2016 and October 2020, focusing on training strategy and business partner support. Gus also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology from August 2013 to May 2016, teaching courses on leadership and team development, in addition to experience as a Human Resources Manager in Learning & Development at Macy's Merchandising Group from December 2013 to February 2016.
