Andrew Jones is a seasoned executive in talent acquisition and customer success, currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, People Analytics & Compensation at Vantage Data Centers since November 2022. Prior to this, Andrew held various leadership roles at ServiceSource, including Vice President of Global Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, and was instrumental in driving talent acquisition efforts across regions. Andrew's experience also encompasses key positions at Crownpeak as VP of Customer Success, and ViaWest as Director of Customer Success, alongside a comprehensive background at IQNavigator where responsibilities spanned customer success management, professional services, and partner operations. Andrew holds a degree from Regis University.
