Cindy Tan

Cindy Tan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors including technology, telecommunications, and banking. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR for APAC at Vantage Data Centers since 2022, Cindy has previously held key leadership roles such as HR Director (Asia) at Infinite Deemarco Pte Ltd, where collaboration with senior management established HR functions for leading portfolio companies. Other notable positions include Director and Global Head of HR at Epsilon Telecommunications, Co-founder and Director at Captiv8 Talent, General Manager of Group Human Resources at Guocoland Ltd, and Senior Vice President of Group HR at DBS Bank. Cindy's career commenced at Citi and Banco Santander, gaining foundational HR management experience. Cindy holds a B.A. from the National University of Singapore, a Graduate-Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Singapore Institute of Management, and a certificate in People Analytics from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
