Ian Sadler

Ian Sadler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ian began their career as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in 2002 and worked there until 2009. From 2010 to 2016, they served as an Attorney at West Allen. In 2016, Sadler joined AXA XL, a division of AXA, as a VP/Underwriting Manager before moving to XL Catlin in 2018, where they held the positions of AVP/Underwriting Manager and Senior Underwriter. As of October 2021, Sadler is the VP, Head of Underwriting - SDI at Vantage Risk Companies.

Ian Sadler completed their Bachelor's Degree at Centenary College of Louisiana in 1999. Ian then went on to earn a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2002.
