Griffin Weston

Griffin Weston is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Vantage since March 2023. In this role, Griffin was pivotal in establishing hiring infrastructure from the ground up, following the company's Series A funding announcement. Prior to Vantage, Griffin worked at Stripe from January 2021 to November 2022, contributing to the growth of engineering teams across various financial products. Griffin's earlier experience includes positions at DigitalOcean, where support was provided for multiple teams as an early-stage recruit, and MuleSoft, where foundational recruiting skills were developed. Griffin began the recruiting career at VonChurch, focusing on technical recruitment within the music and big data sectors, and generating revenue through successful placements.
