Kiki Xie has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kiki is currently the Head of Governance & Quality at Vantage Towers, a position they have held since October 2021. Before joining Vantage Towers, Kiki worked at Vodafone for seven years, where they held various managerial positions. As the Data Core Engineering Manager, they were responsible for demand and transformation plan management, strategy and goals, process development and improvement, human resources coordination and management, and budget management. Prior to that, they served as the Technology Strategy Manager at Vodafone. Before their time at Vodafone, Kiki worked at Huawei Technologies for eight years, where they held several positions including Technical Solution Director of Integrated Key Accounts, Account Responsible for LGI Key Account, Technical Sale Deputy Director of Benelux, and Core Network Technical Sale Manager. Kiki also worked at NEC China for a year as an Assistance Manager for Technical Sales, and at Nortel as an NGN System Integration Engineer for two years.
Kiki Xie obtained a Master's degree in EMBA from the London Business School from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shantou University between 1997 and 2001. Kiki Xie also holds a B1 certification in Portuguese.
