Matthias Mause has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Matthias began their career at Mannesmann Mobilfunk GmbH in 1998, where they worked as a Fixed Network Planning Engineer and later a Specialist Fixed Network Planning. In 2002, Matthias joined Vodafone Germany and held various roles including Head of Project Planning, Head of Core Network Implementation, Senior Manager Technology Controlling, Head of Supplier & Spend Management (Network), Head of Access & Transport Deployment / Energy Advisor VF Germany, and Head of Network Infrastructure Management / Energy Advisor VF Germany. Their final role at Vodafone was Director Tower Business. In 2020, Matthias joined Vantage Towers as the Managing Director Country Operations and later became the Director Infrastructure Engineering and Operations / Deputy CTO in 2021.
Matthias Mause attended TU Dortmund University from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
