Amr Alhalabi is an experienced Operations Engineer currently working at Dubai Airport Freezone, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, and Dell Technologies since November 2023. Responsibilities include handling ServiceNow ticketing systems and troubleshooting user device issues. Amr also serves as a Network Operations Center Engineer at VaporVM, focusing on managing engine service desk systems and resolving virtual machine problems. Previous experience includes roles as an Information Technology Specialist at Nebula Investments, optimizing local area networks, and as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Syriatel Mobile Telecom, maintaining and repairing computer networking systems. Amr holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Syrian Private University, obtained in July 2022.
