John Walsh has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. John started their career as a Respiratory Therapist at Clay County Hospital and Clinics in 1994. After working there for two years, they moved on to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital, where they continued their role as a Respiratory Therapist from 1996 to 1999. In 1999, they joined Northwest Community Healthcare as a Respiratory Therapist until 2001. Currently, John holds the position of Area Vice President of Clinical at Vapotherm, a role they have been in since November 2001.

John Walsh attended West Kentucky Community and Technical College from 1998 to 1999, where they pursued the Respiratory Therapy - RRT Program in the field of study of Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1996, they obtained a Certification of Respiratory Care from Kaskaskia College.
