Robby Bourgeois has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Robby served as a Partner, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Varagon Capital Partners from February 2018 to the present. Robby was also a Managing Director, Head of Finance and Operations at the same company from October 2014 to February 2018. Before that, Robby worked as a Vice President, Controller at TPG Sixth Street Partners from July 2012 to October 2014, and as a Senior Manager at TPG Capital from June 2009 to July 2012. Robby began their career at EY, where they worked as a Senior from August 2005 to June 2009.
Robby Bourgeois attended Jesuit High School of New Orleans from 1996 to 2001. Robby then pursued higher education at Texas Christian University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting and Finance.
