Larry Chan

Larry Chan is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Varda Space Industries since January 2022, with prior experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Amazon and Facebook. Larry began a career in mechanical design at SpaceX, where responsibilities included overseeing all space vehicle solar arrays. Additional roles included a Technical Aide at 3M and a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
