Helen Tindle is a Managing Director on Värde’s Tax team. She is responsible for Asia Pacific tax matters, including related to investments by the firm’s funds. Based in Singapore, she joined the firm in 2019.
Prior to joining Värde, Helen was an Associate Partner at EY in the Financial Services Tax Team in Singapore, advising clients on tax matters related to investing and fund structuring in the region. Prior to that, Helen was Head of Asia Pacific Tax for the Global Real Assets Group at JPMorgan in Hong Kong, covering all tax matters related to real estate and infrastructure funds investing across Asia Pacific.
Helen received a B.A. (Hons) in Economics and Social Sciences from The University of Manchester. Helen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
