Mona Girotra is a Managing Director in Business Development and Investor Relations, and Head of Consultant Relations and Product Specialists. Based in New York, she joined the firm in 2018.
Prior to joining Värde, Mona was a Managing Director in Business Development and Investor Relations at Highbridge Capital Management. Previously, Mona was an Executive Director with JPMorgan Asset Management’s institutional sales and advisory business and, prior to that, she served as a Vice President with Neuberger Berman, holding product management and product specialist roles within the alternative investments business. She started her career at JPMorgan Investment Management where, as a member of the Strategic Investment Advisory Group, she advised institutional investors on optimal portfolio design and implementation given their liability-related objectives.
Mona received a B.A. from Barnard College and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
