Previous roles include technical advisor at Propy Inc., blockchain architect at Platin.io, CTO at Betex Lab Limited, lead developer at Electronic Learning Products, and Java team lead at Vimas Technologies. Tiutin holds a Master’s Degree in Information Security from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
