Ramon Germann currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at RIBE | Ride Better since May 2023. At Variosystems, Ramon holds the position of Head of Wire Harness Business, leading the development of wire harness assemblies and solutions from operations in Sri Lanka and Mexico, and has previously served as Deputy General Manager for volume production sites in Sri Lanka, China, and Mexico. Ramon also gained experience as a Business Development Manager and Sales Engineer at Varioprint AG from January 2016 to December 2018. Early career stages included roles as a Product Process Engineer and a Production Intern at Variosystems, as well as an internship as a Mechanic and Construction Intern at StarragHeckert AG. Ramon's education includes a degree from NTB Interstaatliche Hochschule für Technik Buchs SG and attendance at Kantonsschule am Burggraben, St.Gallen.
